What are Prepaid Phone Cards?
They are phone cards which operate under a prepay system, i.e. they have an associated cost which varies depending on the type of card. Once purchased, they allow calls to be made to different destinations, each of which has an associated rate which is deducted from the amount paid for each of the cards.
They are mainly aimed at international calls, although they may also be used for domestic calls.

How are Prepaid Phone Cards used?
The two important parts of prepaid phone cards are the access numbers and the PIN number.
The three steps for their use are:
  • Dial the access number, there is usually a different access number for calls made from a mobile phone.
  • After the recording, enter the PIN number.
  • Finally, dial the destination phone number, preceded by 00 for international calls.

Will I receive a phone card after I have made a purchase?
In the case of purchasing a phone card through this web site, as it is an online supplier, you will NOT receive a phone card. Instead, you will receive an e-mail with the instructions for use, details of the access numbers and most importantly the PIN number. If you lose the PIN number, you will have lost the credit associated to the card you have bought. In this case, send an e-mail through Contact us stating the number of the purchase order, and we will send the PIN number to the e-mail address you registered when buying the card.

What kind of information may I receive regarding my phone consumption?
Each time you make a call, after dialling the access number, you will hear a recording specifying the current credit remaining on the card. You will not receive an invoice or any details regarding calls made. In the Customer Area, we provide you with a history of all the purchases made by you together with their order numbers.

Do the cards have different prices depending on the origin of the call?
Yes, the card allows calls to be made from landline or mobile phones and phone boxes. Generally, different rates apply depending on where the call is made from.
The rates also vary depending on the access number dialled. The number may be toll-free access number, or a local access number. In this case, the costs of phone calls to different international destinations are cheaper, but the caller pays for the local call either from a landline or mobile phone or phone box

Who can I direct complaints to?
Any problems regarding the receipt of a PIN number via e-mail may be directed through Contact us. For any problems regarding the operation of the card, please call the Customer Service of each card which will be made available to you in this web site.
